Two sections of Mylar & Kapton insulation used to insulate internal sections of the command module. Kapton & Mylar were used extensively throughout the Apollo space craft for thermal control. Mylar in this case is the reflective silver colour, and the amber/gold material is the Kapton. the pieces would have been hand cut and folded , then affixed to internal bulkheads.
