Five images of ALSEP fuel capsule installation study

These five images are labelled as a feasibility study of inserting a fuel source into the ALSEP whilst the LM was installed in the launch vehicle. The ALSEP was a package of experiments that was to be left on the Lunar surface. It was powered by an RTG (radioisotope thermoelectric generator) which in effect was a small nuclear powered battery. The second image shows a technician passing the cartridge that was the core of the battery to his colleague.
